"Today, one of the most talented singers ever gave the best concert!! Once we got through the perfect parking situation, everything was perfect. One very slow and poorly trained parking attendant, looking at each car's parking ticket, was the worst part. Why couldn't they use a system like they do for the UCLA games where cars enter with a sign in the car windows and more parking attendants who quickly see where each car needs to be directed? Over an hour, it took us to go about 2 miles to our Preferred Parking area, completely unnecessary. Please look to improve for your next concert. Also, the other attendants were clearly not well trained and didn't seem to know what they were doing, and some were also very rude."
